Here is the information about our shipping and returns policy, including the rates, the delivery methods, the tracking option, the return process, the exclusions, and more.

Shipping Service

We use SF International/ Fedex Express/ UPS/ QEP Express/ Vietnam AP Express to Ship in the Southeast Asia, European and USA.

We ship all US orders from Wuxi warehouse (Close to Shanghai), The address is no.2-3, Qiaohuang Road, Xuxiake Town, Jiangyin city, Wuxi city, Jiangsu province, China.

If you have warehouse in China, we can ship the orders from three warehouse which one is close to destination.

Wuxi Warehouse / Wuhan Warehouse / Dongguan Warehouse

We ship the next business day for all orders received before 4pm UTC/GMT +8.00.

We donot process or ship orders during week-ends.

Once shipped, orders will transit 1 to 7 working days according to the delivery distance.

You can also pick up your order directly at our warehouse :

1. Contact us by email or alibaba international platform that you wish to pick-up your order.

2. Wait for the email confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up.

3. Call us to schedule your pickup with our customer service team.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent once orders are packed and about to be shpped with Fedex.

Please allow 1 business day for the shipping process. A tracking number will be sent by email: If you cannot find the tracking number, please contact us at wxgj2@wxgj.com.cn or via website chat platform.

You can receive updates on your delivery process by email or text message.

Returns:

Products may be returned up to 30 days following the package shipping date, if the product is returned to our warehouse in resalable condition.

Only tubes and roller track cannot be returned.

Wuxi Gujia will bear the shipping costs associated with returns.

Wuxi Gujia will not reimburse for products returned that were damaged during shipping and /or by the customer. It is your responsibility to properly package products you return to ensure that they reach our warehouse in their original condition.

Request for return or exchange of products after the 30 days period will be automatically refused.

Loss or Damage During Delivery

In the case of a damaged package:

1. Please take a photo before unpacking the order, then take additional photos of damaged merchandise once unpacked. This process is essential in order to file a claim with the carrier.

2. Then contact Wuxi Gujia customer service at email of wxgj2@wxgj.com.cn so that we can resend the missing or damaged merchandise to you. We wil make a claim with the shipping company using the photos and information your have shared with us.

Order Error

While every effort is made to ensure ordering accuracy, errors may occasionally arise through the multiple stages of preparation.

Please report any error to us by phone or email within 30 days of shipment so that we can send the missing parts to you.
